I was totally a space kid back in the day, which is ironic because now I’m working as a paleontologist. Destroy the binary.

I sort of went through both phases. Early on I was a big dinosaur kid, but later in elementary school I migrated more toward space kid. More than anything else though, I was an ocean kid.

I grew up obsessed with BOTH dinosaurs and space. Now I’m very much a devoted fan of anything that involves BOTH dinosaurs and space and would someday like to write more sci-fi with dinosaurs.
