Anxiety and Depression is a lot like setting up a house of cards.

All of them set up is when everything is okay, but one little stupid thing and -bam!- you’re at rock bottom again. There’s not one or two knocked down, most if not all of them fall down. And you? You don’t feel even close to okay until they’re all standing up again. Which doesn’t just happen overnight, it takes days, weeks- perhaps even months or years. Sometimes you can’t even get a few up without someone knocking them over.

And the scary part is knowing that no matter what you do, some stupid thing is going to set it all off again. But all you can do is keep putting them back up, one at a time, in hopes that for once they’ll stay that way.
